The majority of his experience was gained in the pharmaceutical industry, working in both sales training and HR functions of a large pharmaceutical company (Pfizer) and a small company called Archimedes. More recently Peter has expanded into other industry sectors such as Media and IT.
Peter focusses on ensuring that people are able to change their behaviours so that they can achieve the development they are striving for. Peter has a real passion for coaching so the fit with OTD is an excellent one. He is excited about utilising tools such as MBTI alongside his coaching to help drive core OTD programmes such as Key Account Management.
