Rebecca has over 16 years experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry with demonstrable success in training and coaching, sales, market development and account management. Rebecca has experience in both blue chip multi-national companies and small to medium size enterprises.
Rebecca joined GSK in 1997 where she won awards for her sales and market development achievements. Rebecca was promoted to sales training manager in GSK and most recently held similar roles in Almirall.
Rebecca is passionate about working with individuals and organisations to support their development and transformation helping them to achieve success. To build on this passion Rebecca set up her own business specialising in: learning and development, training, coaching and facilitation.
Rebecca is a Registered General Nurse and has maintained an in depth understanding of the NHS environment. She has qualifications in Respiratory Medicine.
