Expanding OTD hires magnificent seven
OTD has further expanded with the appointment of seven new employees.
We have recruited a cohort new business coaches to work on a string of international training assignments with blue chip brands in pharmaceuticals, electronics and sports retail.
The new recruits jetted into Birmingham this month – from locations including Brazil, Italy, Sweden, Turkey and the UK – for an intensive training and induction process.
Director of coaching, Chris Cummins, said: “We believe that preparing people properly is a key part of our story. Our first focus has and always will be on our customer, so it’s imperative that all of our business coaches are steeped in the ‘OTD way’.

OTD’s intrepid team of trainers has amassed thousands of air miles in the past 10 years, delivering a suite of our own innovative training products – including Power Presenter, Carpe Diem Coaching and Eight-Skill Coaching – in five continents.
In that time we have supported over 12,500 delegates through more than 1,000 international coaching courses in countries such as Australia, Brazil, Russia, Germany, China, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Canada, the USA and many others.
