OTD expands outcomes team with trio of new appointments
Global training company, OTD has added three new faces to its outcomes team in Birmingham as it continues to meet a rise in demand for its services.
Toni Addinall has been appointed Learning Outcomes Manager and moves from our apprenticeships division, OTD QA.
A former project manager, she has more than a decade of experience in learning and development at Royal Bank of Scotland and as part of world leading learning company, Pearson.
Maths and statistics graduate, Qian Zhao, joins as a Data Analyst for Outcomes having spent more than a year in an information technology role in the manufacturing sector. She has a postgraduate degree in IT from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
Completing the new recruits is multilingual Ismaila Khan, a computer science graduate from the University of Westminster who has also been appointed as a Data Analyst for Outcomes. He brings experience of business process management gained in IT and research roles, most recently with a Sheffield-based social enterprise.
The new roles bolster OTD’s existing outcomes function which is responsible for consolidating the delivery of all of our coaching and training interventions. The team will lead the implementation of all learning programmes, generating insight, reporting, analysis and feedback for customers.
OTD Head of Outcomes, Ali Barker, said: “We’re delighted to see the appointment of three new members within our established outcomes team. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the demand for OTD’s services has continued to rise in the last 18 months and this next chapter is set to be our most exciting yet.
“We’re on a mission to deliver sustainable learning outcomes for our customers, which includes the production of excellent outcome reports that provide insight and add value. An expanded team gives us greater capacity to explore even more opportunities and support customers that don’t yet have a true grasp of the impact of learning within their business.
“We are so pleased to be able to create new career opportunities that help talented people to flourish as part of the OTD family.”
