OTD reveals plans to add to global coaching community
OTD has revealed plans to expand its global network of training professionals to meet a growing demand for its services.
We are recruiting for a variety of international coaching and training specialists, as part of our delivery of world-class services.
Freelance positions are available in roles including: account management, project management, coaching, content writing, training and facilitation.
OTD’s head of operations, Rebecca Farnworth, said that the new opportunities came at an exciting time in the company’s development.
Last year we trained more than 5,000 delegates – our highest ever total – with 53 coaches delivering sessions in 28 different languages worldwide. We also won an Investors in People Gold award for our inclusive approach, reflecting our engaging and supportive work environment, where everyone has a voice.
OTD also hosts regular coach forums, where professionals are given the opportunity to develop within our diverse coaching community.
She said: “We’re really excited by the opportunity to add to our growing global team of knowledgeable and energetic associate business coaches.
“For more than 15 years, our coaching and training programmes have inspired people to positively change their beliefs and behaviours.
“Our success is underpinned by the very best freelance training professionals who make it all happen. We’re looking for people who are great storytellers, have a zest for learning and an understanding of communication techniques such as NLP too.”
