We will take you on a journey to discover how labels and bias drive assumptions in every interaction and explore the meanings behind privilege and power, reviewing their impact on team interactions and outcomes.
Our delivery will encourage participants to look at the importance of inclusive language and how it can unlock a world of opportunities. Individuals will feel empowered, able to build a community championing inclusion and equity in all interactions.
EDI Foundations is a programme for everyone, as we all need support to thrive at work. It is especially useful for leaders and provides practical support to develop and evolve inclusive environments that will enable teams to innovate and thrive.
EDI Foundations has been specially developed for blended learning and is effective in a face-to-face and virtual setting. It can be adapted to suit specific needs - including group size and geography - and is underpinned by priming activities, evaluations and individual coaching and support, to achieve sustainable results.
