Paired with a specialist OTD coach, the KAMs undertook a remote daily coaching programme of seven minute focused calls. Each person was supported in setting realistic, relevant, and bite-sized goals, including weekly strategic objectives, as well as daily ‘stretch’ and ‘celebration’ goals.
Despite their vast sector experience - one of the participants has worked in the industry for more than 30 years - all three KAMs expressed surprise at just how impactful the coaching calls had proved to be.
Focused contact challenged their thinking, helping to create positive habits that reinforced learning. They found that their personal goals were consistently achieved by building momentum in how they applied a ‘goal-setting’ mentality into every day.
Carpe Diem Coaching™ helped to build skills in both questioning and listening, as well as how to practically apply tools learnt during the programme.
