Tracy Du is a senior director in program management at Bayer in China and found the experience of Carpe Diem Coaching™ transformative.
She was joined by an experienced OTD coach for 20-days of remote coaching calls, each one lasting no longer than seven minutes. Her coach supported Tracey in setting realistic, relevant, and bite-sized goals that were focused on both leading change towards enhanced risk-taking, as well as empowering others through coaching.
The process enabled Tracey to thrive. Not only did it enhance her understanding of the value of being coached, it also made her feel good too - and appreciate how that feeling can build momentum and change mindsets.
Tracey responded well to the openness of her coach and became more confident in managing projects, asking more questions and adopting a coaching approach to her team.
