Our amazing training professionals have delivered to several specialist teams from COVID and HIV to oncology. Beginning with five separate events in the US, we have since rolled out the programme in Europe, inspiring growing minds in Spain, France and Italy.
We worked with the customer to clearly define programme outcomes, before delivering pre- and post-programme coaching role plays, with performance benchmarked to record progress.
It was underpinned by delegate surveys to measure confidence and one-to-one Carpe Diem coaching to embed learning and new behaviours.
Highly recommended, the practical, take home messages are very useful.
