OTD works with its network of chosen partner charities to provide paid, one-day work experience placements.
Ideally suited to young people, including school and college leavers, the programme offers participants the opportunity to:
- Gain valuable skills and experience that will support their future career
- Build confidence and self-esteem
- Learn about different industries and job roles
- Develop teamwork and communication skills
- Make connections with potential employers, and receive a reference
