What can you expect from EDI Foundations Programme?
EDI Foundations creates awareness and equips individuals with the knowledge and skills to promote an inclusive environment that respects and values diverse perspectives and experiences.

How EDI Foundations Programme works:
We will take you on a journey to discover how labels and bias drive assumptions in every interaction and explore the meanings behind privilege and power, reviewing their impact on team interactions and outcomes.
Our delivery will encourage participants to look at the importance of inclusive language and how it can unlock a world of opportunities. Individuals will feel empowered, able to build a community championing inclusion and equity in all interactions.

In-person or online?
EDI Foundations has been specially developed for blended learning and is effective in a face-to-face and virtual setting. It can be adapted to suit specific needs - including group size and geography - and is underpinned by priming activities, evaluations and individual coaching and support, to achieve sustainable results.
It is one of a suite of complementary world-class leadership and development coaching programmes offered by OTD.
