We will help you to develop a better understanding of resilience, supported by a set of tools and techniques that will enable you to be your best, resilient self.
Resilience is characterised by strength, perseverance, the ability to cope and to bounce back. It needs perspective and humour, self-acceptance and support.
But it’s not any of these things independently: resilience integrates all of these factors and more.
Resilience is available to businesses, families and private individuals. It is beneficial to people at all stages of their life and career, and has been proven to support leaders and teams in dealing with change management and difficult situations.
Resilience is most effective in a face-to-face setting but can also be delivered virtually as part of a flexible and tailored package that achieves sustainable results.
It is one of a suite of complementary world-class leadership and development coaching programmes offered by OTD.
