It’s also the foundation of strong teams, thriving organisations, and vibrant communities. That’s why we’ve made it our mission to ensure every member of OTD is equipped with inclusivity training that goes beyond the basics.

Inclusive facilitation

This year, we launched our ‘Inclusive Facilitation’ training programme to elevate OTD’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. Here’s how we’re setting the bar:

  • Trained nearly 100 core team members and associate business coaches in inclusive practices
  • Created safe spaces for open discussions, fostering both personal and professional growth
  • Delegates rated the programme an impressive 9.4 out of 10 

In addition, we’ve secured City & Guilds Assured accreditation for our bespoke Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Foundations programme. This training helps individuals deepen their understanding of EDI, equipping them to actively promote it in all areas of their lives.

Our diverse customer base demands a training approach that connects with people from all walks of life. To do that, inclusivity isn’t optional, it’s essential.”

Race Equality Matters

OTD has also joined Race Equality Matters, a UK-based initiative focused on combating race inequality in the workplace and beyond. This partnership brings practical tools, resources, and real-world events to help organisations like ours drive meaningful, lasting change.
