OTD has announced that it has become a member of Race Equality Matters, a UK-based initiative dedicated to tackling race inequality in the workplace and beyond.

Race Equality Matters provides practical tools, resources, and events to empower companies like ours to drive meaningful and sustainable change.

The new partnership provides several exciting benefits, including:

A jobs board to help us attract and connect with diverse talent.
A wealth of resources, including recordings of events and training materials.
Opportunities to participate in future events and initiatives that focus on promoting race equality.

OTD’s culture and compliance manager, Lian Bemrose, said: “We are proud to have become a member of Race Equality Matters.

"Membership builds on many of the initiatives we have invested in over several years, from delivering inclusivity training to our entire coaching network, to the recent launch of our Black History Month podcast. It is a meaningful step in our journey towards fostering a more inclusive and equitable workplace.”

Earlier this year, OTD revealed that it had delivered inclusivity training to more than 100 of its employees and associate business coaches.

In addition, the company has secured City & Guilds Assured accreditation for its bespoke Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Foundations programme. It has been designed to help individuals deepen their understanding of EDI, equipping them to actively promote it in all areas of their lives.
