Earlier this year, OTD revealed that it had delivered inclusivity training to more than 100 of its employees and associate business coaches.
In addition, the company has secured City & Guilds Assured accreditation for its bespoke Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Foundations programme. It has been designed to help individuals deepen their understanding of EDI, equipping them to actively promote it in all areas of their lives.
