OTD gains international seal of approval from City & Guilds

OTD has received assurance from City & Guilds, the world leader in skills development and apprenticeship schemes, for its core suite of bespoke training programmes.

Carpe Diem Coaching™, Resilience, Psychological Safety, Power Presenter™, and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Foundations have all met City & Guilds’ Assured Benchmark.

Each programme has been designed by OTD and is delivered exclusively to a portfolio of regional, national and international customers, which include high-growth SMEs and multinational corporations. OTD is also developing a series of ‘open’ programmes, with places available to purchase on an individual basis.

Delivery is underpinned by OTD’s investment in benchmarking and cutting-edge technology, including two custom-built applications which allow users to source material, track progress, and sustain learning.

A quality assurance framework, Assured has been created by global leaders in skills development and training, and builds on City & Guilds’ 144 years of experience. It demonstrates that the way in which OTD plans, designs and delivers its training programmes is world-class.

The award follows OTD’s achievement of We invest in people, platinum accreditation by Investors in People (IIP), in recognition of its outstanding workplace culture.
