What does IIP Platinum mean? It’s the top level of recognition, awarded to only a select few of IIP’s 15,000 global members.
Achieving Platinum status means that at OTD, our commitment to supporting and developing our people isn’t just a policy, it’s embedded into the very fabric of our culture.
In fact, IIP assessors were so impressed with what they saw that they also nominated us for the prestigious ‘Employer of the Year’ award.
